Halton Regional Centre Redevelopment

Joint Venture between BDA Inc. and Matheson Constructors, to renovate several areas of the Region’s government admin offices, in addition to new construction and expansions. The phased scope included redevelopment of the fitness centre into a service counter and call centre, major renovation to the east block, addition of a three storey expansion, addition of a single floor over the existing footprint, construction of new Child Care Centre, major alteration to the East block entrance lobby, and redevelopment of hard and soft landscaping.
