Yonge Street Mission

Renovation of the 3rd floor of the occupied facility to create a new clinical space with dental clinics, other clinical offices, washrooms, waiting area, and nursery suite. The fit out of the 5th floor included offices, meeting rooms, kitchenette, washrooms, and open working space. 2nd floor modifications included two new meeting rooms, kitchenette, and the removal of the existing dental operatory. Upgrades included a new AHU, watermain, fire hose cabinets, and sprinklers.
