Greenrock 225 Davisville Improvements
BDA completed a multi-phased renovation to the basement and ground floor of this high-rise residential building, which remained fully occupied and operational for the duration of the project. The scope involved architectural upgrades to the laundry room, elevator lobby, locker room, washroom and rental office as well as HVAC, plumbing, controls, sprinklers, electrical work, fire alarm and security. Architectural finishes included terrazzo, ceramic/mosaic tiles, paint, athletic flooring, wood slat and gypsum board ceilings, custom millwork, doors and hardware.
