Vera M Davis LTC Kitchen Renovation

Renovation of areas within a long term care facility which included a state-of-the-art commercial kitchen, new cold storage rooms, a server and dining rooms. The project was phased to accommodate the requirements of the occupied facility whilst the production and eating areas were reconfigured. New underground services, concrete slab reinstatement, mould abatement under negative pressure, and structural reinforcement were all required as part of the scope of works. Infection prevention measures were also required during the project.
