BDA is certified to the COR^® 2020 Standard, demonstrating our commitment to a robust safety management system that meets national standards. This includes comprehensive training, documented procedures, and verified compliance with both client and internal safety policies. We have achieved over 1.6 million hours with no lost time injuries (LTI).

Our Health and Safety Manager works closely with the BDA Joint Health and Safety Committee (JHSC), staff, and subtrades to ensure the safety and well-being of all workers, staff, and visitors at our sites and offices.

We maintain a continuous training program, including IPAC, for all staff to ensure compliance with current regulations and competency.
