Construction Management is a professional service that uses techniques to manage the planning, design and construction of a project from initial drawings to final walk-through. By engaging BDA early in the process, clients benefit from our experience relating to schedule, costings, material choice and constructability, which ultimately reduces the cost and duration of the project.

BDA Inc. is very familiar with the Construction Management form of contract. We have provided these services to our clients since 2007. We have been engaged in projects at various stages, some as early as 30% design.
