Lewis studied Finance and Investment Management, and Project Management in the UK, before immigrating to Canada. He joined BDA Inc. as a superintendent, gaining valuable on-site experience, resolving technical issues and managing trades. He quickly transitioned to project management where his strengths as a calm, methodical manager, enabled him to supervise complicated projects.
Lewis has been on the OGCA Board of Directors for seven years, and is currently Chair. Lewis represents the interests of General Contractors across Ontario, contributing his experience and knowledge at board meetings and on committees as required.
As President, Lewis is responsible for BDA’s employees and the strategic direction of the company. Lewis is involved with all of BDA’s projects, providing guidance and assistance where necessary.
