Brampton Courthouse Entrance Modifications

Comprehensive multi-phased modification to create a new main entrance that provides sufficient space for queuing of visitors to the building and accommodates the increased public/staff traffic to the courthouse. Works included demolition of the entrance canopy and construction of a fully finished entrance lobby equipped with security equipment. The scope also included the construction, finishing and provision of electromechanical services for a FLIC office area above the existing entrance. Landscaping included demolition of the accessible parking lot and hard and soft landscaping of the entrance plaza.
