DX Receiving and Building Addition Project

7,100 sf one storey addition in an existing carpark for the provision of a new warehouse/ receiving/ loading dock area, with fridges, freezers, equipment and dry storage, along with administrative area and two loading dock areas. Scope included underpinning of the existing building, steel-frame structure, cement wall panels and metal siding,  built-in commercial cooler/ freezer rooms, hydraulic dock levellers and roof mounted HVAC units.

Exterior work included demolition of the existing trailer building, retaining walls to support the new asphalt apron, fencing, sidewalks, planting, line-painting and signage.
