Performing Arts Centre Project

Renovation of a newly leased space for a new performing arts facility. Amenities included several large studios, dance/theatre/classroom flex space, a black box performance space, technologically enhanced music lab, individual and group rehearsal spaces, and teaching spaces, along with student lounge space, faculty offices, makeup room, changeroom facilities and washrooms.
