This project was the second phase of an interior retrofit of an existing space in downtown Toronto. This phase ran concurrently with our first phase which included demolition, underpinning, and new offices. The second phase created offices, meeting rooms, small cafe/servery, open common areas, and a renovated foyer to the upstairs landing. A curved feature wall recessed into the ceiling was also constructed, in addition to glazed feature walls with window film and telescopic glass panels. This phase also required further selective mechanical and electrical work, various flooring, drywall and glazed partitions, various ceilings including a Hunter Douglas felt architectural ceiling, millwork, doors and hardware, lighting and wall finishes. The works took place in an occupied building.
