York University ODP Alterations 26th Floor

Interior fit-out consisting of a reception area, classrooms of various sizes, new hoteling station, AV production room, meeting rooms, lounge area, catering and staff kitchens, and washrooms. The scope of work included floor grinding, repair of structural cracks and levelling, glazed partitions with sliding track TG doors, and high-end architectural finishes. The mechanical works included a sprinkler system that required coring through structural support beams. The electrical works included curved recessed tracks for lighting.
