Phased demolition and renovation of the occupied 12^th floor to create multi-purpose simulation laboratories for students and prospective surgeons. The learning area included the creation of three lead-lined independent simulation rooms, and one large multi-user simulation space, complete with two anterooms. The whole suite is pressurized to 0.12 in-wg, with the anterooms pressurized to 0.15 in-wg. IPAC was provided during construction.
