IQ Office Suites Renovation 2nd & 3rd Floors

Interior tenant fit-out of the 2nd and 3rd floors of office space in an occupied downtown high rise building. The new space created office suites, kitchens, meeting rooms, reception areas and alterations to the existing rooftop terrace. The scope included numerous partitions, reflected ceilings, suspended wood ceiling baffles and canopies, wood slat ceilings, polished concrete flooring with epoxy finish, audiovisual and communications, mechanical and electrical works. Areas of open ceiling, including the deck, pipes and ductwork were painted black. Architectural details included banquette seating areas, barn board columns and intricate millwork.
