Bridlewood Library Renovation
Conversion of a mall supermarket into a new library. The external facade was altered with the addition of solar panels. An external reading deck with steel pergola and solar panels was constructed at the existing loading area. Landscaping included a concrete sidewalk, precast stairs, irrigation, and street furniture. Structural reinforcement of the roof and columns was required, and windows were replaced. New partitions were installed including a Falkbuilt system. The mechanical and electrical systems were upgraded.
