Employment and Social Development of Canada Flagship Fit-Up
Interior alterations of Service Canada centre to existing heritage building in North York. The updated interior design was intended to exceed accessibility standards and targeted inclusive service. The work was phased was the parts of the facility was occupied, to create open‐plan working areas, individual offices, lockers, kitchenette, barrier‐free washrooms, and a new internal glass vestibule. The scope included demolition, solid phenolic wall panels, demountable premanufactured partitions, mechanical and electrical alterations, architectural finishes, millwork and furniture coordination.
