MOE Ferguson Block 10th + 11th Floors

The build-out of two floors within Ferguson Block at Queen’s Park to accommodate the new head offices of the Ministry of the Environment. The internal finishes scope of work included Teknion wall systems, wallcoverings, suspended 3 Form feature ceiling panels, millwork, a reclaimed wood feature wall for screens, a stone veneer finish wall, and a living wall. The project received Platinum LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification, the highest level achievable.
