ODSP Bundle Interior Modernizations

Tenant fit-up at three separate sites for the Ontario Disability Support Program (ODSP). New independent and collaborative work spaces were created, in addition to family and secure interview rooms, kitchenettes/ lunch rooms, high-density storage, meeting rooms, and reception areas with entrance vestibules. The scope of work included demolition, structural modifications, new partitions, mechanical and electrical work, security, AV, finishes, and coordination of the system furniture.
