Whitney Block Base Building Alterations Bundle
21-phase project to upgrade the mechanical and electrical components in the offices and suites, and to renew the building envelope. Each phase required the relocation of occupants into a designated swing space, requiring meticulous planning to limit disruption.
The rehabilitation work included the installation of 1750 energy efficient glazed windows, an upgrade of the heating/ ventilation and air conditioning system with 1014 new FCUs, a new BAS system, electrical modifications, and restoration of the external masonry façade.
