Grenadier Place Patio

Construction of two outdoor spaces for occupants of a retirement residence located in Bloor West Village. All material was moved by hand to the rooftop due to a client request that no material be moved through the building interior. The scope included barrier-free options such as bench seating of varying heights, raised planter beds, and wide paths of composite decking suitable for wheelchairs. Also included were rock gardens for low maintenance and retractable shade cloth.
