Grenadier Place Roof Landscape
Construction of outdoor space for occupants of a retirement residence in Bloor West Village. The project was completed within a very tight timeline, to finish before winter. Features included a putting green, a water wall, and planters. Services for irrigation, the water wall, lighting, and power had to be fed within an extremely narrow space between the existing roof surface and the finished patio surface. All material was moved by hand to the rooftop, due to a client request that material not be moved through the building interior.
