OGCA’s new Executive Committee Chair

BDA’s President, Lewis Cowan is the new Chair of the OGCA’s Executive Committee for 2022/ 2023. The Executive Committee provides guidance and governance assisting the operational side of the OGCA. The Committee provides leadership to governance-based inquiries, and approves operational procedures before recommendation for adoption by the Board of Directors. As Chair, Lewis will work closely with the OGCA President, providing the contractors’ perspective when meeting with Ministries and politicians, communicating challenges and issues affecting the construction sector.
